Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Windows Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in managing and optimizing Windows operating systems within a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, holding a CompTIA Security+ certification or higher.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle management of Operating Systems, including installation, upgrades, and system imaging.
- Manage user accounts, print services, and integrate with domain services.
- Conduct performance monitoring and hardware modernization initiatives.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange Server.
- Utilize virtualization tools such as VMWare or Hyper-V to enhance system efficiency.
- Provide innovative solutions to a range of technical challenges, requiring in-depth research and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HP BladeSystem management.
- Familiarity with System Center products, including Endpoint Configuration Manager and Operations Manager.
- Knowledge of Linux authentication methods integrated with Active Directory.
- Expertise in restoration and storage services, including NetApp and EMC systems.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like PowerShell, Ansible, and Bash.
- Understanding of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Experience with vulnerability remediation and security management tools.
- Relevant IT certifications such as MCSE or VMWare are advantageous.
