Job Title: Staff Nurse - ICU

Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Staff Nurse - ICU position in the Livonia, MI area. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team.

About the Job

This is a full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunity with a competitive salary range of $59,640 to $77,630 per year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and experience working in an ICU setting.

Responsibilities
  • Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care.
  • Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions.
  • Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
  • Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
  • Administer medications and other treatments.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan.
Requirements
  • ADN or higher degree in nursing.
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
  • 1 year of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred.
  • ACLS certification preferred.
  • Ability to function effectively under stress.
  • Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
