- Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of long-term care, community resources, and cost-effective alternatives regarding patient care delivery systems.
