Key Responsibilities
  • Implement lesson plans designed by the lead teacher in a classroom setting of 10 students (3 and 4 year olds).
  • Develop and maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Collaborate with the lead teacher to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education.
  • 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in special education.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with play-based teaching methods.
  • Clear background check and 3 professional references.
Our Values

Our preschool features a beautiful outdoor and indoor classroom, and we offer a supportive staff, continuing education reimbursement, and paid time off. Class hours are 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Thursday, and 9 AM - 2 PM on Fridays. We operate year-round, offering programs in the spring, summer, and fall.
