Job OverviewAs a Data Center Analyst/Technician, you will play a critical role in managing the Data Center infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing Data Center capacity, cabling, and environment monitoring, as well as working closely with the Fisher Investments Facilities team to maintain proper cooling and electrical capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install and configure server, storage, networking, and telecom hardware
* Perform equipment moves to efficiently utilize available rack space
* Escort vendors and outside technicians into the Data Center and supervise their work
* Collect, monitor, analyze, and report Data Center utilization metrics
* Work with Technology teams on physical data center requests
* Collaborate with the Fisher Investments Facilities team to ensure mechanical systems are properly functioning and maintained
* Coordinate with external providers on maintenance activities and minimize service interruptions
* Assist in monitoring and administering Fisher Investments Backup infrastructure
* Maintain accurate documentation of assets deployed

* Ability to work a flexible off-hours schedule for planned and unplanned maintenance
* Willingness to travel to multiple locations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
