Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop a data labeling platform that utilizes gamification to boost user motivation and productivity, leveraging predictive models to design features that effectively incentivize users.
  • Plan and execute experiments, including A/B testing, to evaluate the impact of these gamification features and ensure data supports valid conclusions.
  • Lead the development and monitoring of KPIs related to user engagement and gamification efficacy, continuously refining features based on insights from user behavior data.
