Role Overview:

PSI Affiliates Inc is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. This role involves working with children in educational settings to help them overcome speech, language, and developmental challenges.

About the Position:

We offer a competitive salary of $73,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our full-time or part-time positions provide flexible scheduling options to suit your needs. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance starting at 30 hours per week, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company contributions.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Therapy Delivery: Provide individual and group therapy to children with speech, language, and developmental needs in various educational settings.
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct evaluations to assess children's progress and identify areas for intervention.
  • Intervention Planning: Develop individualized intervention plans to address the functional and educational needs of each child.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student growth and ensure effective communication.

Requirements:

  • A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required).
  • A Speech-Language Pathologist License issued by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board (required).
  • Experience working with children in an educational or pediatric setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in team settings.
