As the Marketing Resource Manager, you will leverage project management tools (preferably Workfront) and methodologies to streamline the execution of our global digital marketing programs.

- Understanding priorities, managing the backlog, and delivering on sprint commitments via Workfront.
- Overseeing the digital sprint process, including capacity planning, resource evaluation, forecasting, and reporting.
- Keeping the team organized and focused on prioritization for key marketing stakeholders.
- Communicating project status, deliverable progress, and any risks or issues to stakeholders.
- Exhibiting strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities.
- Analyzing situations quickly to resolve conflicts and clear obstacles.
- Being self-driven, capable of navigating ambiguity, and influencing without direct authority.
- Collaborating with campaign and program managers, digital marketing, and field marketing stakeholders to enhance customer experiences.
A Day in the Life: The Global Campaigns & Virtual Programs Digital Marketing Team consists of platform and process experts dedicated to delivering scaled programs for stakeholders across the globe, supporting over 12 languages. This team operates within the Global Integrated Marketing organization at AWS, primarily focusing on the success of mid-funnel marketing activities.

Basic Qualifications:
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines.
- 4+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Ability to use data and metrics for improvement.
- Familiarity with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation.
- Experience working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
