NorthStar Memorial Group is in search of a Client Family Support Associate. This role is pivotal in our administrative team, ensuring smooth operations throughout the sensitive journey of client families, from initial consultations to the final arrangements. We are dedicated to being the foundation of support for our client families, providing essential assistance and care in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with funeral directors during on-site events, including services and arrangement meetings.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with families.
- Maintain a high level of respect and reverence for the deceased at all times.
- Prepare the memorial area for families prior to the commencement of services.
- Ensure the return of flowers and memorabilia to families following services.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner, whether in person or via phone.
Qualifications
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Experience in managing challenging situations is beneficial.
- Previous experience in the funeral industry is preferred.
