About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and motivated A&P Mechanics to join our team at STS Technical Services. As a key member of our line maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of various aircraft, including B737NG/MAX, A-320 family, and E-145/170/175.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on transport category aircraft to the highest standards.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, and company policies.
  • Utilize precision instruments for diagnosing and resolving issues.
  • Work in various weather conditions and be prepared for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
  • Valid FAA A&P License with no infractions.
  • Experience with turbine-powered aircraft is preferred.
  • Own standard line maintenance tools; specialty tools provided.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug/alcohol tests, and CBP clearance.
  • Experience with FAA Part 145 or Part 135 repair stations is highly desired.
