Enterprise Sales Director

Banyan Water is a pioneering IoT company that's revolutionizing the way commercial customers manage water risk and cost. We're a high-growth start-up with a venture-backed approach, and we're looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our team.

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing senior-level relationships with enterprise customers and closing new business opportunities that leverage our comprehensive water management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and convert leads into profitable business relationships
  • Analyze customer water data to understand their water management needs
  • Prepare and present financial and sales proposals to current and prospective customers
  • Negotiate and close contracts with enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with our product and marketing teams to improve our offerings and go-to-market strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of outside sales experience
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of sales success in the commercial or institutional markets
  • Experience with Salesforce and a hunter mentality
  • Ability to develop strong customer relationships and illustrate ROI to C-level decision makers
