We're partnering with a pioneering vector database startup to scale their sales function in the Bay Area. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of helping organizations rapidly create AI/ML applications and unlock the value of unstructured data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell the #1 and most widely adopted vector database globally to CIOs and CTOs
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target startups and enterprises in the US
  • Collaborate with the founding sales team to drive business growth and revenue
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and achieve aggressive compensation plans
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the vector, database, data, or search space
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and selling SaaS solutions
  • Strong technical skills and ability to get technical with C-level executives
  • High EQ, humility, and a self-starter mindset
  • Open-source experience and a willingness to learn and adapt
