Position Overview

In the role of Child Care Site Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the planning, execution, oversight, and assessment of activities at a designated site.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate the program within a nurturing environment that prioritizes safety, support, and care
- Adhere to all applicable regulations and standards
- Maintain accurate attendance logs and ensure the safety and conduct of children
- Establish a secure and stimulating program environment
- Communicate effectively with staff and parents
- Supervise and interact with children to foster their growth and development
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping and management of supplies
- Cultivate community partnerships and support the objectives of YWCA
- Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; advanced education in a relevant discipline preferred
- Proven experience in group activities and program development
- Capability to fulfill licensing prerequisites and certifications
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
