We seek a specialist who can convert market challenges into actionable product specifications, delivering solutions that empower effective digital marketing strategies for these top-tier brands.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary Product Owner for specific services or feature sets within the platform.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, users, and clients to establish product priorities.
  • Analyze feature requirements and create user stories in partnership with Product Management and Engineering teams.
  • Participate in planning and design sessions, documenting the outcomes and decisions made.
  • Guide development teams to maximize business value related to prioritized features for your assigned services or feature sets.
  • Act as a liaison between development teams to ensure interfaces are developed according to specifications and identify any gaps that may arise.
  • Involve yourself in the QA process by comprehending the implementation and assisting in defining test cases based on user requirements.
  • Collaborate with Front End Developers, UI/Graphic Designers, UX Designers, and Product Management on feature prioritization, design, and execution.
  • Provide mentorship to junior business analysts and software engineers.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Quality Engineering, Development, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies, preferably at scale.
  • Experience leading development teams to deliver high-quality software, maximizing value in each sprint.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to lead discussions on requirements and design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Skills that May Enhance Your Profile:

  • Understanding of unstructured data (Big Data) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or other Agile Project Management tools.
  • Agile certifications such as Scrum Alliance or Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Solid grasp of marketing concepts, technologies, and advertising methodologies.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools and technologies, including email, online advertising, and web analytics.
  • Knowledge of data warehouse and data mart modeling concepts.
  • Prior experience in a product engineering organization is preferred.
