Job Summary:We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support to our customers. As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer hardware and software devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or messaging platforms
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues over the phone, including hardware and software installation
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A+ Certification
- 2+ years of experience in PC, laptop, printer, smartphone, and other computer peripheral repair and maintenance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10
- Experience with remote desktop software
- Knowledge of Outlook
- Expert understanding of computer networking principles
- Strong customer service and communication skills
