The Senior Human Resources Generalist will provide guidance and support to employees and management, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and implementing HR initiatives that promote employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Employee Relations.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and proven ability to handle sensitive employee situations with tact and discretion.
The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing and resolving employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations into employee complaints, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
The successful candidate will also have excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, providing coaching and guidance to management and staff.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with management to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Advise on performance management processes, including performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by participating in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and programs.

Pay Details:
$27.00 to $28.00 per hour
Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
