Water Mitigation Specialist

Job Summary:
Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Richmond seeks a skilled Water Damage Technician to join our team. As a key member of our restoration services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in water damage mitigation and restoration services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services offered by the company.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality results.
- Complete the technician's daily log and Work Orders accurately.
- Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
Requirements:
- High school diploma (or GED) and relevant experience.
- Adequate math skills to determine equipment type and number of units.
- Demonstrated basic proficiency in computer use, email, and portable devices.
- Certification in performing appropriate services, such as Water Mitigation and Mold remediation.
