Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Danfoss LLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities: * Provide timely and accurate information to customers via phone, email, and customer portal * Deploy a proactive approach to assist customers with their inquiries * Manage customer orders and ensure they are processed in a timely and accurate manner * Collaborate with sales account managers, plant personnel, and customer service colleagues as needed * Utilize ERP/CRM/Pricing systems, internal information portals, EDI process report reviews, and other product information processes to serve as an advisor and provide information to customers * Possess strong relationship-building skills and be an active listener * Ability to multitask and work on multiple processes simultaneously Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing environment * Strong communication skills (oral and written) and customer service mentality * Attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficient in MS Office programs * Familiarity with SAP software a plus Benefits: We offer a competitive bonus system, paid vacation, opportunity to join employee resource groups, state-of-the-art virtual work environment, and employee referral program.
