Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee software development initiatives of varying complexity, ensuring streamlined processes and team performance.
Guarantee the timely and high-quality delivery of projects, whether they are fixed-price or time-and-materials based.
Monitor and manage project finances, track detailed progress, and guide the project using effective methodologies.
Lead project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Establish trusting relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular communication.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technical project management and team leadership.
Scrum Master certification is advantageous.
Proven expertise in change management with a history of successfully navigating and implementing changes.
Commitment to building strong teams, ensuring team member satisfaction, and fostering relationships with colleagues.
Proficiency in both traditional and agile project management methodologies, ideally demonstrated through certifications, training, and/or experience.
IT project management experience, preferably with public or healthcare sector clients and in responding to tenders.
Independent, dedicated, and organized working style.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken.
A hands-on approach, high quality awareness, and the ability to maintain positivity and humor even in challenging situations.
