About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented EHS Administrator to join our team. As an EHS Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the EHS Department, ensuring the smooth operation of our safety and compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the EHS Department, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of safety and compliance programs.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety and compliance data.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a legal/insurance/safety office environment.
  • Construction industry experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with MS Word and MS Excel experience required.
  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail required.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
