Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Biller to join our team at Quadrant. As a Medical Biller, you will be responsible for summarizing receivables, updating account records, and resolving collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfers, and verifying totals.
  • Update account records by totaling unpaid invoices and maintaining record history.
  • Verify the validity of account discrepancies and resolve valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
  • Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, and credit line, and coordinating contact with the collections department.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Medical Billing, preferably in an Orthopedic setting.
  • General billing knowledge with different insurance providers.
  • Full A/R and Revenue Cycling experience.
  • Self-pay collections experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience working with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, organize own work, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Highly attentive to details and a team player with a commitment to success.
