Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Chemical Analyses: Determine the normal and abnormal components of body fluids by conducting chemical analyses of blood, urine, spinal fluids, and gastric juices.
- Analyze Blood Cells: Count and identify blood cells using microscopic techniques and procedures.
- Prepare Blood for Transfusions: Conduct blood group, type, and compatibility tests to ensure safe and effective blood transfusions.
- Maintain Laboratory Equipment: Ensure the operation of analyzers, spectrophotometers, colorimeters, flame photometers, and other laboratory equipment.
- Manage Laboratory Supplies: Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment by checking stock levels and conserving resources.
