Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Ledgent Technology. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing first-line support for IT issues reported by users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing timely updates for workstation hardware and software upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support for IT issues reported by users
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Perform timely updates for workstation hardware and software upgrades
  • Install, configure, and test workstation hardware
  • Work independently and be a quick learner
  • Interact with the IT Director, IT team members, project stakeholders, and internal/external project resources
Requirements
  • A+ certification is preferred
  • 2+ years in troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Office, Active Directory, servers
  • Knowledge of networking technologies such as IP, DNS, DHCP
  • Familiar with computer hardware and software
