Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish lasting relationships and create loyal customers through exceptional service.
  2. Guide customers in choosing the right vehicle by actively listening and asking insightful questions.
  3. Become a product expert, familiarizing yourself with vehicle specifications, optional packages, and the latest technology.
  4. Conduct professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  5. Ensure a seamless vehicle delivery process, educating customers on their vehicle's features to foster loyalty.
  6. Follow up with customers post-sale to enhance satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  7. Develop skills to effectively address objections and excel in sales scenarios.
  8. Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, and performance evaluations.
  9. Bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to the role every day.
  10. Experienced sales professionals will benefit from a competitive compensation structure.

Qualifications:
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales is required.
- Eagerness to learn about vehicle specifications and product offerings.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
