Position Summary

Our Sun & Ski Sports location is on the lookout for a Bicycle Repair Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about cycling. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Perform bicycle assembly and adjustments accurately and promptly, ensuring the bike's integrity is maintained.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and logs with precision.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, following established procedures for prompt resolution.
  • Maintain professional communication with supervisors regarding:
    • Any manufacturer defects, damages, or missing components prior to bike assembly.
    • Any unusual issues that may require additional assistance to ensure timely and high-quality bike assembly.
  • Adhere to safety protocols related to lifting and the use of tools and equipment.
  • Keep a tidy and organized workspace.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of bike assembly standards for various models.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Contribute to sales by acquiring product knowledge and effectively communicating this to customers.
  • Preferred experience in the bike industry, retail, and/or customer service.
