**Job Overview**


We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Duty Vehicle Repair Specialist to join our team at HENNA CHEVROLET LP. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues with medium duty trucks, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.


**Estimated Salary Range:** $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.


**Job Summary:**


The successful candidate will possess a strong background in heavy duty vehicle repair, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be certified in diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair, with excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in operating electronic diagnostic equipment and excellent customer service skills are also essential.


**Key Responsibilities:**


Perform repairs and maintenance on medium duty trucks according to dealership specifications and manufacturer guidelines


Diagnose and repair complex issues with engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems


Test-drive vehicles to ensure repairs meet quality standards


Communicate directly with customers and service advisors to provide estimates and updates on repair progress


Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications and maintain accurate records


**Required Skills and Qualifications:**



  • 2+ years of experience as a heavy duty vehicle repair technician
  • Certification in diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair
  • Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in operating electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
