We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CADC I Certified Substance Abuse Outpatient Counselor to join our team at Willamette Family, Inc.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position (40 hours/week) that requires in-person work at our Eugene, OR location. As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you will work with clients in various levels of care, providing group and individual therapy sessions.
Responsibilities- Conduct substance use assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Lead group and individual therapy sessions to support clients in their recovery journey
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- CADC I Certification or above
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Competitive hourly wage: $23.00
