Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate CADC-R to join our team as an Outpatient Counselor Assistant. As a key member of our Outpatient Behavioral Health Programs, you will provide essential clinical support to our clients and certified clinicians, including treatment group coverage, client education, clerical support, and health records management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to clients and certified clinicians in our Outpatient Behavioral Health Programs
  • Assist with treatment group coverage and client education
  • Perform clerical duties, including health records management
  • Support the development and implementation of treatment plans
Requirements
  • CADC-R in progress through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO)
  • High school / GED completion
