Our center specializes in outpatient opioid treatment and substance abuse recovery, focusing on individuals struggling with opioid addiction through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) using methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, detoxification, and both individual and group counseling in an outpatient setting.
Work Schedule: 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays. The standard work schedule is 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays. After 90 days, there may be an option for a four-day work week.
A Day in the Life:
- Assist clients with opioid addiction in recognizing, enhancing, and connecting their strengths to suitable social, educational, and vocational goals.
- Support clients in preparing for and adjusting to a drug-free lifestyle, providing both emotional and physical assistance with challenges.
- Deliver services to assigned clients while adhering to schedules, established program policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Perform responsibilities within the scope of your certification or license.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Licensure and degree in the state of employment (Oregon CADC I, II, or III; Washington - SUDP T or SUDP).
- Valid driver's license.
- Meet state criteria for employment in an opioid treatment program.
- Compliance with federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, including those legal at the state level.

- Life Insurance coverage of $20,000 provided by the company.

- Oregon Veterans Grant - Covers all additional training, certifications, and fees for Veterans.
ORTC is proud to serve as an apprenticeship site for United We Heal (UWH). UWH collaborates with behavioral health professionals and employers to create robust, industry-specific training opportunities for individuals pursuing QMHA, CADC, or Medical Assistant certification. Participants in the apprenticeship will receive supervision and on-the-job training from ORTC at no cost. In addition to free education and paid training, individuals in the program may also receive financial stipends and support based on their needs.
