Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate CADC I, II, or III Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our treatment team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve recovery and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying and achieving their goals, including social, educational, and occupational objectives.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to support clients in their recovery journey.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Requirements

  • Licensure and degree in the state of employment (Oregon CADC I, II, or III or Washington SUDP T or SUDP).
