Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to address all vehicle maintenance requirements
  • Prepare detailed repair orders with clear cost and time estimates
  • Maintain exceptional communication, keeping customers informed throughout the service process
  • Coordinate with Technicians and Parts Departments to ensure timely service completion
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic in interactions with customers and colleagues

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Automotive Service Consultant is required
  • Outstanding Customer Service Skills
  • Proficient with Technology and Quick to Learn New Systems
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Consultant is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with company policies
