Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to support our production operations. This role involves manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packing of products following blueprints, schematics, or verbal instructions. You will be responsible for adhering to safety and quality standards, collaborating with supervisors and engineers to enhance process efficiency, and maintaining accurate production records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform manufacturing, assembly, and packing operations according to procedures, work instructions, and blueprints.
  • Record daily output and maintain accurate production logs.
  • Comply with all EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) and Quality policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team leads, engineers, and supervisors to improve quality and operational efficiency.
  • Wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and comply with safety regulations at all times.
  • Follow all work procedures and contribute to a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent, or 6 months of manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities such as standing, sitting, stooping, bending, and squatting for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and communicate with leadership.
  • Basic decision-making skills and sound judgment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and equipment operation.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
