POSITION:
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

OVERVIEW:
We are in search of a seasoned Vice President of Operations for a prominent organization. This role involves overseeing operational functions, management of organizational policies, contracts, grants, and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, providing strategic oversight for all divisions, developing and managing departmental budgets, and driving process enhancements. You will supervise various departments including Human Resources, facilities management, and others.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 5 years in executive leadership roles with a proven track record of managing a high-performing organization.
  • Experience in leading a non-profit or similar organization is highly desirable.
  • Adept at creative problem-solving and fostering strong collaboration and communication across the organization.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to empower teams to reach their full potential and cultivate an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Exemplary work ethic, maintaining confidentiality, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
