Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Med/Surg team in the beautiful Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. As a Med/Surg RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to adult patients, working collaboratively with a talented group of professionals to ensure the unique needs of our diverse patient population are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care on the dynamic adult and pediatric Med/Surg unit.
  • Collaborate with a talented group of professionals to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population.
  • Utilize the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions and prioritize holistic care.
  • Work closely with the Unit Director and Clinical Coordinator/Nursing Supervisor to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' acute care experience.
  • Preference given to candidates with Meditech familiarity.
  • Current Vermont RN or multi-state licensure.
  • BCLS certification.
  • ACLS certification highly desired.
