We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Vermont, providing exceptional care to adult patients on our dynamic Med/Surg unit.
About the RoleAs a Med/Surg RN, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, collaborating with a talented team of professionals, and utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and outpatient care to adult patients
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of three years of acute care experience
- A current Vermont RN or multi-state licensure
- BCLS certification
- ACLS certification highly desired

This is a day shift opportunity, with three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend.
