Shift: Night shift, 7pm - 7am, 36 hours per week, including every other weekend

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at NVRH in Vermont. As a Med/Surg (Adult) Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to adult and pediatric patients on our dynamic Med/Surg unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care to adult and pediatric patients
  • Collaborate with a talented group of professionals to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population
  • Utilize the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions and prioritize holistic care
  • Work closely with the Unit Director, Clinical Coordinator, and/or Nursing Supervisor to foster a collaborative and supportive environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' acute care experience
  • Preference given to candidates with Meditech familiarity
  • Current Vermont RN or multi-state licensure
  • BCLS certification
  • ACLS certification highly desired
