Job Title: RN - Med/Surg (Adult) - Day Shift

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Vermont, providing exceptional patient care to adult and pediatric patients on our dynamic Med/Surg unit.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care to adult and pediatric patients.
  • Collaborate with a talented group of professionals to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population.
  • Utilize the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions and prioritize holistic care.
  • Work closely with the Unit Director, Clinical Coordinator, and/or Nursing Supervisor to foster a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of acute care experience.
  • Preference given to candidates familiar with Meditech.
  • Current Vermont RN or multi-state licensure and BCLS certification.
  • ACLS certification highly desired.
