Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Paint Line Technician to join our team at The Toro Company. As a Paint Line Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of powder-coated parts by hanging metal products on an automated paint line and inspecting and packing parts at the conclusion of the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hanging Metal Products: Hang metal products on overhead hooks in a specific way to ensure an even coat of paint will be distributed.
  • Painted Metal Parts: Remove painted metal parts from the overhead system, package to prevent chips.
  • Department Maintenance: Perform weekly maintenance of the department, including vacuuming and wiping down equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent school with relevant work experience.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. regularly and bend, squat, walk, reach overhead or stand for long periods of time.
  • Safety Standards: Maintain high safety standards and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: Candidates must be able to collaborate effectively with other team members to help meet department goals and objectives.
