Based in Orrville, Ohio, Ventrac is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions for various applications, including golf courses, sports fields, and public green spaces.
Position Summary
As a Powder Coating Technician, you will play a vital role in our production process. This position requires collaboration within a dynamic team to ensure the delivery of high-quality coated components. Your responsibilities will include hanging metal products on an automated paint line, followed by inspecting and packaging the finished items.
Work Schedule
1st shift: 4:30 AM - 1 PM, Monday to Friday or 6:30 AM - 3 PM, Monday to Friday
Compensation
Hourly Wage: $18
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently hang metal products on overhead hooks to ensure an even application of paint.
- Carefully remove painted items from the overhead system and package them to prevent damage.
- Conduct weekly maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational experience.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues in achieving departmental objectives.
