\About the Role: As a Supervisor, Customer Service, you will oversee daily customer service operations, develop processes, and analyze key performance indicators. You will also train new employees and ensure that requests from customers are handled within 24 hours.
\Responsibilities:
\- Provide leadership oversight for customer service representatives
- Responsible for all customer service functions
- Ensure accurate customer service operations
- Review open order reports daily and take appropriate measures
- Follow corporate safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Train new CSRs on responsibilities
- Review and understand customer service reports
- Delegate tasks to subordinates
- Weekly coaching and feedback for the customer service team
- Interact with internal departments for a seamless customer experience
- Daily evaluation of customer service processes and improvement suggestions
Requirements:
\- High school education required
- 2 years' experience in customer service lead/management or relevant supervisor development training
- Professional verbal and written skills required
- Ability to communicate and train employees effectively
- Proficient in Outlook and intermediate Excel skills required
