Job Overview

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Executing key functions of Server, Cashier/Host, or Busser roles as necessary.
  • Setting a positive standard for peers and consistently embodying the company's core values.
  • Completing assigned responsibilities with diligence and attention to detail.
SUPERVISORY DUTIES:
  • Overseeing outlet readiness to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinating daily operations and special events as required.
  • Managing daily financial activities and reporting accurately.
  • Leading and guiding team members, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Enhancing departmental operations through ongoing evaluation and improvement.
  • Ensuring optimal labor utilization while upholding service standards.
  • Maintaining service equipment and promptly addressing any issues.
  • Reporting deviations from established standards to upper management.
  • Establishing performance benchmarks and supporting the supervisory team.
  • Enforcing appearance and uniform standards.
  • Contributing to menu development and cost management initiatives.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure safety and compliance with policies.
  • Adhering to all regulatory and company policies with integrity.
  • Completing additional tasks as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in high-volume food service environments.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with food management, cost control, and computer proficiency.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Physical capability to lift and transport items, and work in diverse environments.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk with occasional physical exertion.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced setting with continuous interaction.
