Guest Services Coordinator

We are looking for a warm and service-oriented professional to become a part of our guest services team as a Guest Services Coordinator. Your main duties will involve greeting guests, managing reservations, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Availability for night shifts and weekends is essential for this role.

Compensation:

$17.50 Hourly

Key Duties:
  • Manage room bookings in-person, online, and via phone
  • Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs, assign accommodations, and handle payments
  • Keep precise records of guest accounts
  • Work closely with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests
  • Professionally resolve guest complaints
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information
  • Provide insights on hotel services and local attractions
  • Promptly report maintenance concerns
Qualifications:
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation systems
  • Previous experience in the hospitality sector is preferred
  • Ability to accurately manage financial transactions
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
