Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salon & Spa Coordinator to join our team at Gene Juarez Salons & Spas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, supporting our artists, and maintaining a warm and clean environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued throughout their visit.
  • Support our artists by preparing clean linens and supplies used during services, allowing them to focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Promote a clean and organized environment, including the lobby, dressing rooms, retail shelves, and restrooms, to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Assist with the replacement of retail stock and signage, helping to maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked retail area.
  • Engage with guests during check-out, ensuring they have a positive final experience and inviting them to return.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 35 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance).
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
