Job Summary

Farrelli's Pizza is seeking a friendly and welcoming Host to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome guests to Farrelli's Pizza, seat them promptly, and present menus in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that every guest feels valued and satisfied with their experience, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Manage the Host Station: Maintain a clean and organized host area, restocking menus and supplies as needed, and ensuring that the area is well-maintained throughout the shift.
  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate with guests, servers, and other staff members to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and completing tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, servers, and other staff members.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Customer Service Principles: Possess knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a real-world setting.
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive team dynamic.
