Commercial Lines Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and retain existing book of business, pursuing new opportunities and working closely with producers to develop relationships, client visits, and cross-selling.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers, acting as a point of reference for all aspects of their insurance plans.
  • Marshal resources to resolve client issues, attending client meetings and serving as an additional source of consultation.
  • Prepare Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI), coordinating insurance carrier proposals, preparing Executive Summaries, and participating in the implementation process.
  • Perform certificate and contract reviews, plan design analyses, and attend claim audits.
  • Identify, assess, resolve, and/or escalate issues, concerns, or challenges as needed.
Requirements:
  • Active Property & Casualty License.
  • 5+ years of insurance experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
