Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and retaining existing client relationships, pursuing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and retain existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Pursue new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
  • Act as a point of reference for clients regarding all aspects of their insurance plans.
  • Marshal resources to resolve client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Attend client meetings, providing consultation and guidance on insurance matters.
  • Prepare Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI), coordinating insurance carrier proposals and timelines.
  • Perform certificate and contract reviews, analyzing plan designs and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Attend and participate in claim audits, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • Active Property & Casualty License.
  • 5+ years of insurance experience, with a strong background in commercial lines.
  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
