We're seeking a talented Technical Lead Manager to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires a unique blend of technical and leadership skills. As a Technical Lead Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small to medium-sized team of engineers and driving the development of our lateral maneuver reasoning product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software products
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps to drive product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong technical leadership experience, with a focus on software development
  • Experience managing small to medium-sized teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • BS in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of technical leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • ML expertise and experience building metrics-driven products
  • Masters in Computer Science or related field, with 10+ years of software engineering experience
