Job Title: Digital Media Coordinator

The WorkPlace is seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Coordinator to support and optimize our organization's digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to engage our target audience and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content marketing strategies, including blog posts, videos, and infographics.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and email open rates, to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our digital marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and content marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
