Fine Management LLC is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team at our Houston, Hobby location.

We offer a family atmosphere and a chance to provide exceptional service to our airport parking customers. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for providing prompt, safe, and courteous transportation between the parking facility and the airport.

Our ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous driving experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner.
  • Park and drive shuttles efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned shuttle.
  • Provide assistance to customers with luggage or directions.
  • Adhere to shuttle driver procedures and safety protocols.
  • Handle customer inquiries and communicate effectively.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer pick up and drop off.
  • Follow company standards for customer service excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the facility's operations.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous driving experience is preferred
  • Must be 23 years of age for insurance purposes
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Ability to frequently lift over 50lbs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
