Product Design Leader

Meta is seeking a seasoned Product Design Leader to join our team. As a key member of our design leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a talented team of product designers to deliver innovative and user-centered products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of product designers to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with Meta's overall product vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and research, to ensure design solutions meet business requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and design plans that drive business growth and user engagement.
  • Provide design direction and guidance to team members to ensure consistency and quality in design solutions.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in product design, with a minimum of 4 years of design leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with design tools and methodologies, such as Sketch, Figma, and design systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading product direction and strategic thinking, with a focus on delivering business results.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience working on large-scale, complex projects, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
